Deciding To Launch A New Web Site Can Take Ages

I recently completed the redesign and restyling of my blog and this is the main reason I didn’t write too much in the last several weeks. Now I am back to write new exciting posts.
The blog has become a part of the website which finally has its Home page with a short presentation of the site, the About page with the most significant endorsements and the Services page with the short presentation of the four strategic leverages I am using to apply my customer-centric strategies.
It’s been a long run, very exausting, but of course rewarding. It could have been even longer because there is always that small change you’d like to add at the very last minute. But in this way the end never ends. So I remembered to have read a post from Seth’s blog and it’s been extremely useful for deciding that it was enough, it was time to ship the new version.
I hope that those of you working on a website or on any other kind of project, will benefit as I did, from what Seth Godin wrote in his post.
Any project that's held up in revisions general fear-based polishing is the victim of a crime.
It's a crime because you're holding back the good stuff from the people who need it, afraid of what the people who don't will say.
Stop polishing and ship instead. Polished perfect isn't better than perfect, it's merely shinier. And late.
