None of them was motivated by the idea to make money and to become rich.

The first point shows a fundamental of entrepreneurship: you don’t win if you’re alone. You win with the team, the group, the employees. The “one-man-show” who knows about everything simply doesn’t exist. The second point suggests a meaningful value: the motivation. For all the people in the picture and for the vast majority of successful entrepreneurs, the motivation comes from the strong desire to translate his/her dreams, projects and challenges into services or products that make life easier, that make the world a better, a cleaner or a safer place. No successful entrepreneur has never started with the basic idea of making money. Getting rich is the result of good ideas, good choices after long years of hard work.
