The Power To Shape The Future By Exploring The Intersections

In the Future Shapers project - #WeAreTheFutureShapers - intersections are new spaces of collaboration where companies search new meaningful combinations between their different activities to create business opportunities.
Probably the most popular example of successful intersections between non competitive companies is the city car Smart which was a project created by the car manufacturer Mercedes Benz and the watch maker Swatch. Another recent and interesting example of successful intersection is the one developed between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Italian firm Dainese: NASA commissioned them a project for creating the revolutionary space suite for the mission on Mars.

The Slingshot Group of Future Shapers is an international initiative which is about to be launched in Italy by Gabor George Burt and Massimo Tammaro. The project will be gathering an exclusive group of international companies - only the best, the most innovative from different not competing markets - in an exclusive location such as the Venetian Villa Bartolini of Santa Marizza di Varmo, in the North-East of Italy, not far from Venice.
The selected companies share the same vision of creating continuous innovation by exploring the intersections and they all believe that this exploration it's a new and tremendous business opportunity that will allow them to become the shapers of the future: all other companies will follow behind.
